Stayed before. Location was good

When we arrived we were told it was very busy and our room wasn't ready. When we got our key we went up to 3rd floor and found out we were given a different room which was the disability room. We went back down and asked for the room I paid for which was a King deluxe suite. Then we were put in a standard smaller room. Staff just gave us a voucher for a drink and said sorry. Not really what we expected after staying here before and knowing the standard of what we have had in the past.

"Relaxing and comfortable"

Always a great stay at the Fellows House. The staff are always helpful, friendly and attentive. The bar area is relaxing with a great choice of drinks. The rooms are clean, stylish and well equipped and the hotel is a short and pleasant walk along the river bank into town. Love staying here and it is my first choice of hotel when visiting Cambridge. .

"Perfect oasis of calm"

A great location to explore the delights of Cambridge, just a 10 minute stroll alongside the river to King’s in the heart of the city. A warm welcome greeted us on arrival and for the entirety of the stay we were greeted by friendly professional staff. As ‘guest of the day’ staying in the spacious duplex room, we were offered the opportunity to have breakfast and so enjoyed a delicious buffet with lots of choice. All in all a fabulous stay, would definitely recommend.
