My recent stay at Vitasolo Hometel was nothing short of fantastic! The prime location in the heart of Tagum City made exploring the area incredibly convenient. There's nothing to dislike.

its near a mall and accessible to the town proper. that I got to wash dirty clothes and hang it at the top floor. the caretaker got pur clothes for us when it rained.

The awkward parking area for a big car, the shower areaa are a bit cramped so took a bath in the toilet instead. the stairs to the top floor can be a bit challenging to go up to and if you get a room at the second floor you will have a hard time carrying luggage. they have a confusing check in - check out time from the published time here at the website. we were being rushed to check out.

The price was reasonable & location not far from main bus terminal

1/The entrance room doors needed WD40 on hinges as sqeaked loud coming and going , not good if trying not to wake others up , 2/ No toilet tissue 3/ It's not polite and bad manners to say too your guest that your responsible for not staining the bed sheets 4/ Sink blocked in bathroom & no mirror for shaving

I liked the location, facilities and overall accommodation

The shower room is too small, but overall it's a good place to stay for a night or two

I like the location really near Robinsons mall and the fact that i can do my laundry ang hang them up at the third floor. The caretaker removed my clothes and saved it when it rained without a warning. We can also cool basic meals in the kitchen provided we bring our own supplies.

That an old person will not be able to climb the second and 3rd floor if they want to wash and dry their laundry. The doors sort of not fitted properly and my nephew panicked when he couldnt open his door from inside, very dangerous if theres a fire. Theres no fire exit at the back near the bathroom/kitchen area of the ground floor, only the main entrance has a door to get out from if theres emergency. I can hear people open and close doors because the doorknobs make a loud noise. Theres not enough space to park a big car or cars and the entrance of the street is quiet narrow and the road is rough going to the property. Their check in/ out time is confusing. I hope they can correct this.
