Overall, the hotel is clean and centrally located. The owner seems amenable.

HOT TUB NOT HOT. Very disappointed. I wrote before my stay and made clear that my primary criteria was the hot tub. I was assured that it would be working. However, it was cold. I was told a variety of things by the owner, many of which contradicted themselves. She told me that it took several days to heat the hot tub, the hot tub was cold because I had been raining, the hot tub would be hot in just a few hours, that she could not heat the hot tub because she did not know how to control the temperature settings. Obviously, rain does not control hot tub temperatures, and the owner should know how to control the settings. I felt that I had been tricked into the booking through a promise of a hot tub, which was not fulfilled. Seeing my frustration at the situation, the owner offered to let me make a booking somewhere else and then refund my stay. I appreciated this gesture. However, I had already waited several hours for the hot tub to warm up And so there would’ve been little time to use a hot tub at a different hotel.

Location excellent and owner very accommodating and hospitable. Breakfast lovely. Room was large and very comfortable. Short walk to citadel.

The place is beautiful, in a great location, a very quiet residential neighborhood with lots of green, right in the centre. The hostess, Montserrat, is an amazing host. She prepared a delicious and healthy breakfast for us every morning and gave us lots of great tips. She really made us feel at home. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the garden is a great place to relax with a cold drink from the supermarket just around the corner.

I honestly can't think of anything bad to say. Montserrat made sure everything was perfect!

Really nice rooms with very helpful people. Location was also great.
