Ótima localização. Hotel muito bonito, limpo e cheiroso. Pequeno almoço variado.

Não tem janelas com luz natural e a televisão é muito velha, não dava para ver nada nem na Netflix nem ligando ao telemóvel de um de nós.

Nothing it was perfect

Lo mejor de la estancia fue con diferencia la amabilidad y predisposición de las personas de recepción: un chico por las tardes y una chica por la mañana. Educadísimos y facilitando todo.

Por un lado no me gustó que las habitaciones daban al interior del edificio, en ningún momento a la calle y al aire 'natural'. Por otro lado, la ducha se salía exageradamente. Y, por último, la falta de atención del manager del establecimiento, con el que intenté contactar hasta en 6 ocasiones desde más de una semana antes a nuestra llegada, y jamás tuve respuesta a ninguno de mis mensajes, pese a escribirle directamente incluso a su whatsapp... Un horror y desconsideración! Eso implicó que mi petición de dos camas como llevaba solicitando previamente...no pudiera materializarse y tuvimos que dormir en un sofá cama incomodísimo...

Das „Design“ Konzept ist auf den ersten Blick vielleicht ansprechend, aber ich habe selten ein so unpraktisches Apartment gehabt. Keine Ablagen, keine Haken, nicht mal fürs Shampoo in der Dusche oder irgendwas in der Küchenzeile gibts eine Ablage. Wir wussten nie wohin mit unseren Sachen und so mussten wir aus den Koffern leben oder kreativ werden. Das ganze Haus besteht aus Glasböden, was sicherlich für einige zu Problemen führt beim Blick nach unten. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist ganz nett, aber eher klein. Das Frühstück lohnt eher nicht, da gibt’s Besseres um die Ecke in den zahlreichen Cafés. Das Reinigungspersonal verwendet jede Menge Duftspray, was ich als sehr unangenehm empfunden habe. Mein Koffer riecht heute noch nach dem Spray. Auch wenn das Haus nur 14 Zimmer hat und eigentlich sehr ruhig ist, so sind die Wände recht dünn. Wir konnten unsere Nachbarn immer sehr deutlich hören. Ohropax war Pflicht Es gab Kühlschrank und Herd und bisschen Besteck, aber keine Tassen, was sehr nervig war. Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit, aber unser Apartment war schlecht ausgestattet und es war sehr anstrengend dort zu zweit zurecht zu kommen

Location

Skypool was the main reason we booked. First day we were put off as water didn't look clean. Second day the "Skypool" was unavailable due to maintenance. No information was offered prior or during our stay as to why this was the case. We paid a huge premium for the pool and couldn't use it and no one seemed bothered.

Not all rooms were good enough

Extrêmement bien situé dans le cœur de Trapani, les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et il y a des fenêtres (qui donnent sur l’intérieur) mais on a pas l’impression d’être dans le noir total. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel, ce fut un plaisir d’y séjourner et de pouvoir se détendre au bord de la piscine sur le toit avec une vue sur la mer !
