Great location to enjoy the beachfront.

The hotel is very nice. Hospitality was generally great. The service for the restaurant was hit or miss, depending on the employees working that day. But any service involving our room was excellent. Keep in mind that there is a lot of construction surrounding the hotel as the area is starting to grow. That's not the hotel's fault and it's temporary, but it did get loud at times. Overall, one of the better spots to stay in El Zonte.

The Garten Hotel was just what I needed. My room was nice and spacious, clean. This hotel is right on a beautiful black sand beach(not rocky either). I loved the al fresco dining. The staff was amazing. I wanted to workout in their gym, and one of the receptionists walked me over to the gym, since it was located on the sister property(the villas) to show me exactly where it was. Food and drinks were good . It was quiet and relaxing, which I loved. I will definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful & clean. I felt incredibly safe. I will definitely be back!

J'ai séjourné 3 nuits dans ce magnifique hôtel, dans la chambre 1. La chambre était propre, bien équipée et très spacieuse. Il n'y a que 5 chambres, donc c'est très intimiste et très calme. Le personnel est très sympathique et aidant. Mentions particulières à Anna (réceptionniste), Alex (bar de la piscine), Julio et toute l'équipe du petit déjeuner. Pour le petit déjeuner, il y a 5 options différentes. J'ai également diner au restaurant, j'ai pu gouter au fabuleux ceviche Salvadoreno ainsi qu'aux tacos de pescado. Je me suis régalée. La vue de la piscine est magnifique. Seule la somptueuse chambre 5 (penthouse) a une vue sur la piscine et la mer. La terrasse donne un vue magnifique sur la mer et il y a des cours de yoga les lundis, mercredis et vendredis à 17h. J'ai visité les villas qui sont situées à 3 minutes de marche et c'est parfait pour un voyage en famille ou de groupe.
