Check-in mit Code hat nicht funktioniert, Kein Personal vor Ort Bauarbeiten und Eingangsänderung während Aufenthalt Wichtige Infos wurden Last Minute mitgeteilt, keine Gelegenheit zum Weitergehen an Mitreisende Schrank oder Ablagemöglichkeit für Kleidung fehlte Kommunikation nur online und auf Englisch.. Nachrichten auf Deutsch wurden mehrfach falsch verstanden.
