"I was up there from Kent as my brother was rushed to hospital so all the money I had was put on that room to infact get"

Did not get into the property as police was there viewing security footage

Absolutely nothing and I won’t be booking with booking.com or the place where I was meant to be staying.

"I paid for a week I didn't stay."

There is nothing to like unprofessional staff who calls boss you can hear shouting on the phone I didn't stay the hotel they refused the refund, when I call the number booking. Com gave me the person I spoke to was rude when ask I want to cancel the booking can I get any refund.

Show same respect for the customer. Clean tha place the smell of the rooms they show me room 13 and 15 gave me headache.

"Pathetic, disgusting and hideous ."

Everything. The moment inside the property, receptionist refused to chekc in coz somehow they dint had booking.com bookings in their system. Upon showing booking, she was adamant to accept but eventually agreed we had paid and booked. Rooms were filthy, noises coming in. Whole property was like a mess. Could noises coming in from kitchen, staors, downstairs and what not. Nightmare. Wasted £120 of my hard earned money. Dont go to this property unless ur emotionless.
