Front Desk Staff is Rude! They expect you to see a sign at their front desk when you book online! If you can do that...I'd be impressed! Housekeeping makes a flower out of the last 2 tissues in a box ...so, NO TISSUES IN ROOM! Wash cloths had a yellow tint...gross!

Only problem we had is we stayed on third floor and no one said we had to go through the locked doors to get to our room we came back to lobby three times before they told us what to do I think that was a huge problem carrying out luggage

Nice hotel. Clean. Quiet. Got an end room which is great for traveling with a 7 year old. Bathrooms are beautiful with glass showers and rooms are modern. Only wonky thing, the beds were slanted. Going down at the head board. Unsure what the cause. But even my daughterโ€™s bed. Was tilted a bit. Either way. Great place to stay. Just sleep at the opposite end of stack pillows.
