That I and my colleague left quickly after realizing the management was indifferent to standards required to host international guests, ranking 0 on a scale of 1-10. We left to obtain a well and safely run alternative

Everything...accomodations did not equal what was described in the booking. It is effectively a hostel and the family management team is worse than indifferent and un professional.

i stayed for several months here 3 years ago so that good experience was replicated on current stay. location is excellent for lima metro and barranco, staff at location (security, housekeeping) is warm, friendly and quite accomodating -- and customer service managing the property (wynwood) is incredibly responsive. i saw some earlier comments regarding quality of staff. i have no idea wherein that might have been the case. everyone again on and off property is exceptional.
