Fiori Apartments

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The bed and matress were wonderful ! I stayed 2 nights and had great sleep. Area is quiet and not far from center. I really recommend this place !

The price is about the only good thing about this property.

The room was hot and took a long time to cool off. They didn't provide sheets, pillows, or bedding for the sleeper couch even though they knew we would have someone sleeping on the couch (and no one was at the front desk to ask for it). We didn't even have a comforter on the bed, only sheets. The wifi was terrible and hardly worked. I could barely use the wifi to send messages on WhatsApp. I asked for a receipt for the room and was told I would have to pay extra for it. Who charges for a receipt?? There was no drinking water provided in the room. Overall, it was a bad experience and I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

It was convenient and economical.

The AC in our room was very weak. The hallways were stifling hot. There was no place to buy water or soda.

Spacious clean room, lots of utensil to cook. Hot shower and massive bathroom. Staff at reception were really friendly and couldn’t help more. Got our laundry done within one day and very reasonable.

Pool was dirty with cigarette butts. WiFi hardly worked the whole time other than in reception.

It was a great Appartement for a stay in Santa Cruz. Very polite staff, great communication and helpful recommendations for our stay. The only thing I would like to point out is the faucet in the bathroom. Due to poor positioning, the water runs along the side of the sink when you use it and causes moderate flooding in the bathroom. Otherwise, great accommodation with 24-hour staff.
