O apartamento é bem espaçoso, com uma cozinha bem equipada (se quiser, dá para se virar com todas as alimentações com ela). Tudo aparentemente novo. Havia apenas umas manchas no teto, provavelmente de algum vazamento... O pessoal do atendimento é super bacana, inclusive tem uma moça (Érika) que fala português com fluência. E a localização é bem bacana, com mercados, restaurantes e lanchonetes ao redor.
