HOTEL RESTAURANTE CASA LUISA

Que era nuevo.

Nos cambiaron a otro hotel (Casa Juan), porque pusieron discomóvil de Fiestas delante del Hotel. No nos trasladaron las maletas, tampoco había ascensor (2 pisos maletas hacia arriba), aunque las instalaciones eran nuevas.

Clean and comfortable, nice size room, good restaurant and bar onsite, added bonus of parking. Staff were very pleasant both at reception and in the restaurant.

No coffee and tea making facilities in room or mini fridge. Curtains had backing on them but were not really blockout so room remained fairly light. Unfortunately reception on one of the early evenings was not present, we had an issue with our key getting into room, staff from restaurant were trying to assist, it was a bit of a debacle with others wanting to check in when no reception was available.

A modern spacious room with a huge comfy bed. A busy restaurant and an excellent meal in the evening and nice breakfast.

As always a kettle in the room would be nice.

I talked to them about it and they told me they would see to change it. The Hotel is perfect, as well as its service and food, but it is not in ESTELLA.

Propreté, personnel super agréable et sympathique. Petit déjeuner formidable.

Dommages que le restaurant fut fermé le soir de notre arrivée. Mais c’était dimanche.

Wonderful, clean, modern room. Nice restaurant on main floor.

Just make sure you get a second floor room as the restaurant noise is lively.
