Departamento muy cómodo, iluminado, todo funcionaba correctamente, pude hacer uso del lavarropas y tender en una terraza al aire libre.

Las escaleras de ingreso, las barandas un poco inestables. Las sillas frágiles. Faltaban elementos básicos de limpieza.
