Apartamentos Turísticos San Matías

The location is absolutely perfect — very central and within walking distance of everything, yet easy to access. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the heating was excellent, which made a big difference for a winter stay. We were traveling with a baby and felt incredibly well taken care of. They provided a baby cot, high chair, and extra towels without any issue. There is also an elevator, which is a huge plus when traveling with luggage and a stroller. What really made the stay exceptional was the hosts. On our last day (a rainy weekend), we met the lady and her mother and they were truly wonderful. They helped reroute our taxi to a more convenient exit, assisted us with all our luggage, and helped us get into the taxi while we were carrying our baby in heavy rain. Such kindness is rare and very much appreciated — genuinely the best hosts.

No negatives. It would be helpful to have a small bottle of dishwasher liquid and a sponge to wash mugs or a few dishes we used in the apartment.
