Excellent facility in an excellent location. Housekeeping and staff were amazing!

Fantastic place, there was some construction going on in some of the other rooms but for the most part I could work and do business meetings on computer with ear plugs. Mexico is louder area of the world because they are usually building and making things better! Super clean!!! Spacious well designed and decorated 1 bedroom apartments with excellent kitchen amenities- updated everything! Comfortable Mattress. Location Location. I would have liked a contact number or a way to text manager to ask questions- as front desk was usually empty- ?about where to find different things in the area- a post office, Art Galleries…Thank You, The Traveling Thx.

We loved Cuale!! Our condo was exactly as it was pictured and Jacob and the staff have not missed a single detail! From the soft sheets & awesome high speed wifi to the lovely pool and morning pastries! It really is a hidden gem! Everything was fantastic. Jacob was very helpful in recommending some fabulous, local, off the beaten path restaurants and great with helping us navigate any transportation or other questions we had. We absolutely recommend and will definitely be back!

I booked a month stay at Jacob's place: Cuale Condo Retreats but only ended up staying 3 weeks due to Covid. I was so sad to leave early as his place was just amazing. Clean, spacious, equipped to the highest standards, but most of all, Jacob was the most amazing host I have ever had to deal with, and I am a world traveller, so that says a lot. He was warm and welcoming, he offered to refund half of the nights I did not use out of pure kindness and he was always keen to find out out he could make my stay even better. His cleaning staff was super nice and super efficient and every detail was carefully studied and spot on. Jacob's place is a real find, in a quiet part of town and I want to thank him sincerelly and deeply for making my stay in Puerto Vallarta that much more special. All the best for the future, you can be sure to see me again soon.

Beautiful place

We had an awesome time & had an awesome stay at this property! Jacob was on point & had answer to question unasked! It was beautiful scenery & enjoyable around the pool area or in the hammock w/a cup of coffee brewed for guest. We plan on going back yearly.
