Nice clean staff safe area

Had to pay to park or walk across the street had my75 year mom with me low toilets and no microwave in room

I had a very pleasant check in and stay followed by one of my worst travel experiences involving a highly unprofessional and unpleasant employee in my 30 years of business travel. I had an early check out and needed a bottle of water. No one was at the counter and the refrigerator was locked in the snack section. After numerous attempts to get the attention of a front desk employee an employee who was apparently awake but on tic tick (as she explained to me) came out not to greek me and my colleague but to abruptly scold me for taking a water that was on the wall with asking. This was followed by an exchange of very unpleasant and unprofessional words. She then came out to tell my colleague that she was calling World of Hyatt to notify them of the situation because she did not have my name. I told her iff you were doing your job your would of seen my card placed on the counter instead of sleeping. She corrected me and said she was in Tic Tock and was watching and listening to us watching us on camera.

The property was well maintained, rooms and hallways were cleaned, it was convenient, staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was a great stay for the cost

The only thing I did not like was that the hotel did not have ice machines on the floors

La experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las instalaciones son cómodas y se nota que todo está cuidado en detalle. La habitación era amplia, limpia y muy confortable, ideal para descansar después de un día largo. El personal fue siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier consulta. El desayuno también superó mis expectativas, con mucha variedad y productos de buena calidad. Sin dudas volvería y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque una estadía tranquila y agradable.

No tengo nada negativo para mencionar, realmente todo estuvo muy bien durante la estadía. Recomiendo este hotel y seguramente me quede en otro momento.

The beds were absolutely comfortable! And the feather stuffed pillow, perfect! The breakfast was good! I definitely loved the shampoo and conditioner also.

The seats at the longer tables by the breakfast. They are not meant for people with hips! They are very cute, just uncomfortable for certain people!

Place was nice and very clean.
