"Disappointing"

The location was great

The bed had a dent in the middle making it uncomfortable to sleep. The fridge didn't get that cold and had an spoil odor despite it looking clean. Small bugs flying near the coffee machine / refrigerator area.

This was by far our favorite place we stayed in Nashville! We loved this location(close to Broadway), the room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, the staff we saw were very friendly, enjoyed the coffee bar and the bathroom was georgous...will absolutely stay here again!

We booked a room with what we believed to be a balcony....turned out it was a Juliet balcony which I had never heard of and is pretty much just a sliding door with a rail. Wish that had been a little clearer! I would've booked the upgraded balcony!
