"It was a good stay but has potential to be 5 star"

BREAKFAST GREAT and LOCATION FANTASTIC , BED AND BATHROOMS AVERAGE .

BED , PILLOWS , GROUNDS could have been more maintained and there was no waters in the room fridge .

Owners very friendly and welcoming!

1. Our shower only had cold water. 2. Golden Hill Guest House location is incorrect on Google maps. First time round we ended up at 10 Mountain Road instead of 10 Upper Mountain road. Luckily the owner of the property was nice to direct us to the correct address which was very easy to find from there.

"Good stay in Somerset West"

Breakfast was very good each morning. First time stayed in Somerset West although been to SA for 5 years. The accommodation was in a very safe area and easy to get to different locations and golf clubs. Plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. Plentu of parking within the guest house grounds. Rooms cleaned each day.

"Lovely retreat to relax and even catch up on some remote work."

The breakfast is absolutely lovely and the host goes over and above to ensure guests comfort. The rooms are spacious and comfrotable.

Spacious rooms with en suite bathrooms. Each room has access to a large deck to enjoy the garden view and mountaintop. Lovely gardens with large pool. Hosts are wonderful and made recommendations to visit in the area. Near winelands and Strand Beach. Perfectly clean and neat. Parking on property.
