La Tavola Calda Hotel

The bed was comfortable good curtains also peace and quiet for nights rest also tv was in the room with tea making facilities but no milk! There was an oil heater.

There were no staff , place was very dark, bathroom floor was wet with massive puddle, toilet was leaking . My feet got wet each time I entered the bathroom.No meals nor breakfast available. There was a kettle but no milk. No parking facilities bathroom light kept switching off whilst I was in the bathroom.

Location was ok

I walked around the room in my socks as the floor was dirty, i then had dirty socks. after having a shower, i walked back to my bed and my feet were dirty. no bedside lamp only main light. remote to tv did not work, room just not acceptable. I found 3 bags of rubbish mostly beer cans in the wardrobel. first night there, 3 police officers were banging on the front door to be let in at 1.30am looking for a 18 year old male. They nearly put the front door through banging , it was very frightening. then after the police officers went to all the other rooms they came to mine, knocking and asking the question regarding the youth. It was not a nice experience. my friend who came with me left after the first night and stopped somewhere else. no tea spoons

I had no heating no WiFi and 3 single beds but I payed for a double room and then also their is mould around the window and the cleaner is rude as he comes banging on the door at 9 shouting saying out for 10 like I payed 66 pound for a lay in and a nice night but apparently not

Was not given the option for breakfast

Toilet seat broken No hot water Room very cold took ages for heating to warm Toilet not flush properly Mattresses both heavily stained No extra pillows no one tk call for extra pillows Stood at door to call owners as no one to greet us and show us our room No coat hangers in the wardrobe

Location

Poor signs. Poor fixing in rooms. Went to have a shower and fixing just fell of the wall. No plug in sink. No hot water.
