Terrible location. Low quality, worn & loose fixtures & fittings. Wash basin cracked & taps insecure. Main switch for shower cracked. Decoration in poor condition. Electric fire connected to extension lead. Front entrance to property insecure. Room door locks in poor condition.

There were needles in my bed, cannabis on the table, smoke in my room. The bedroom had not been cleaned and I walked straight back out! The hotel picture is over 15 years old and looks nothing like the actual building which is very run down and dangerous. I feel so let down by secure.booking.come that I can’t even receive a refund.
