Everything was perfect, very clean

It's so clean and nice

For bbq set have to pay RM250 separately and the kitchen was outside which is ok

Quiet environment and spacious. Each rooms are well equipped individual bathrooms and clean bed linen. The air-conds were in good condition and cool.

There is no kitchen or pantry inside the house. We are required to use the common area between two houses on sharing basis. The common area has pantry, freezer, wash basin and etc. However, the bigger the crowd acclaimed more. It has caused a lot of difficulties especially at night to re-fill waters as the other tenants always utilizing the common area and we find it very uneasy. we had to stay within our house premises and not using the common area. They being so noisy till early morning made us very difficult to sleep. Even though the owner has informed us the common area is sharing basis, i still believe its the owner has to ensure both are having equal share rather then the crowd concurred it. We strongly suggest the owner will divide the premises as private for both houses.

Amazing that each room has its own bathroom. So my family (30 people) no need to queue and we can get ready on time following the tentative. The location is near to Lost World Tambun. A lot of tables and chairs (taken from the kitchen, we return it afterwards), suitable for my big family since we plan birthday and doa selamat. Rooms and bathrooms are all clean. Have ample space for parkings. The host responded to the message sent via booking.com quite fast. Keep it up!

Sharing kitchen (open space) in between two villas. That time the induction cooker didn't function (maybe they have fixed it by now since the host took it in after we informed them). A bit tiring to go to the kitchen that can only be accessed through the front door. I would like to suggest the host to invest on two microwaves with label halal non-halal for Muslim non-Muslim guests. Luckily there is a fridge inside the villa (no need to share).
