From the moment I parked, the experience at Bel Air Crest was top-notch. The parking area was well-maintained, and the attendants were efficient. The beautiful surroundings and architecture set a positive tone. Inside, the staff, especially Annabel, were incredibly helpful, making the visit seamless and memorable. The environment was so tidy and I had a luxurious experience.

I recently visited Bel Air Crest and I had and amazing experience. I will recommend Bel Air Crest over and over again.

It was very nice, the room was quite clean, and I didn't encounter any issues. It's a bit annoying that the air conditioners stop working as soon as you leave the room. The breakfast is a bit lacking, there's no buffet, you get a tray with food to the room. The 'dining room' was under renovation while I was there, and the pool, when I first arrived, had green water. But on the third day, they cleaned it and made it clean again.

The place is very decent quite and I like the services the lady at the front office Mildred is excellent and the butler too is smart and very good i will recommend this hotel to my client and make sure they book it anytime they are in Ghana the food and breakfast was excellent

I really liked my stay and I actually didn’t expect this experience when I was booking online. The reality doesn’t reflect what I saw on the website. Good place to stay. I will recommend this hotel and will make sure to come back whenever it’s possible.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable with an amazing excellent staff and rooftop. Desmond went above and beyond to assist me with all of my additional requests. I would 100% stay here again as well as recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The staff at this hotel were helpful throughout our stay. The rooms met our standards and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to restaurants and shopping. The rooftop was also a plus, a beautiful view of the city.
