I was booked the Deluxe room and they gave me small room with single bed. When i enquired that why u gave single bed room. The staff said that they don't have that room, however, they charged the fare of Deluxe room. It was totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour towards the services provided by Hotel. When i argued they gave money. Despite the fact that the hotel administration was wrong and they dont feel ashmed what they were doing with customers. I would be never booked this hotel again nor will refer to anyone. Due to the above-mentioned reasons i suffered a lot and booked other hotel for same day.
