The property is a good size and was quiet and a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was woeful especially in a COVID environment. The bedspread had several stains on it, so clearly not laundered. The bedside cabinets both had a sticky substance and a 10 inch hair to welcome us. The bed pillows were the cheapest thinnest possible and no protectors. Generally grubby. The bedroom door handle fell off when used. This would present a serious safety hazard should the door have been closed and you needed to get out. Had I not had such a tight schedule due to wedding commitments, I would have escalated this, but the photos I have are quite damming. I had to contact the property agent before getting in to the property as I hadn’t received the details the day before. To compound the poor communication, the building entry code was wrong, although this was sorted in 10 mins with the owner. In summary, this could be a great property, but the cleanses was the worst I have ever experienced.
