The property is very central and is very tidy. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. One of my comfiest stays yet.

The location was great, close to the Venetian port and lots of restaurants and shops. And the staff were very nice and helpful.

I didn’t know that there was no elevator and we were on the top floor.

Very pleasant stay. Thank you! Room was very good, and personnel helpful and provided information when asked for anything.

Water supply out for a while, but that was wider city issue on the area. Personnel handled well that issue too.

Very spacious apartment with comfortable bed with complementary coffee and water :-) great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops!

beautiful room with a nice view of the part and a glimpse of the sea. great sound insolation. i only realized the Saturday market in the morning when i opened the door to the balcony. the location is central enough but you are a bit away from the crowds. all the amenities are there. different types of coffee is always nice in the morning. stuff was very helpful. i asked for the late check out and they pushed it as late as possible.

Central Location. Room clean and tidy. The staff is kind and helpful and gives you all the tips you need to enjoy your stay. They really took care of all details in the room.

Very close to the port of chania. Excellent and very accommodating owner.

Great location right on the edge of Old Town and next to the beach area Koum Kapi. After a long day of travel, it was really a welcome respite from the journey. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean and had lots of lovely amenities, including a kitchenette. Very nice proprietor that greeted us the next morning and showed us maps and gave us information about our stay in Crete.

Self check in was a bit of challenge but okay. Street parking was difficult but we finally found a space and the bathroom lacked a bit of privacy as it was all open air with just doors dividing the shower and toilet space, which meant you could hear everything.
