The B Resort

The property was very nice, very pretty landscaping. It was in a great location and within walking distance to the waterfront and town. But, it was very difficult to communicate with staff. They were kind, but did not understand any English and didn’t make much of an effort to try and communicate. Just asking for a pool towel was a challenge. We were overcharged one day at the restaurant and it was impossible to discuss it with anyone, so we just had to pay. It wasn’t a large amount, it was just the fact that we couldn’t explain the discrepancy and the staff didn’t make an effort to try and help. Each time we ordered a beer, it was a different price, which was really frustrating We even tried using google translate and it still didn’t make a difference. Once we left the property, we didn’t have any trouble communicating and really enjoyed our time in town.

Fabulous position right on the river and within easy walking distance to town - the room was very comfortable and clean - the staff are very friendly and helpful - good breakfast and lovely swimming pool

Place was clean. Bed was comfortable . Air conditioning was excellent. Decent view. Wifi was great

Walking across the bridge is a pain in the ass but not a deal breaker

Fabulous location right on the river. All day and night activity to witness on the water . Kayaks to use, lovely pool for doing lengths , nice breakfast

Resort restaurant only open for breakfast,Not very many restaurants within walking distance , although tuk Turks are not far away.

Probably the worst accommodation of a month travelling around Cambodia and Vietnam. First room smelt of damp and had mold on walls in bathroom. You would think they would then give you a better room to make up for it. Not here, we were put in a room at the back with no outdoor area/ balcony. Lots of small flies in the room as well. Only stayed for a night luckily.
