- locatia - foarte aproape de centru; - marimea; - atentia la detalii in renovarea apartamentului.

Lucrurile bune sunt estompate de nenumaratele inadvertente care apar si care, in mod normal, nu te deranjeaza dar devin suparatoare cand numarul lor este prea mare: - nu exista posibilitatea de parcare gratuita in zona - as fi preferat sa mi se spuna de la inceput acest lucru - desi sunt multe locuri de parcare, locatia fiind centrala, a gasi unul liber poate fi o provocare; - suprafata era suficient de mare dar nu 50 m2 asa cum apare in descriere; - unele fotografii nu au legatura cu realitatea - apartamentul nu are doua paturi si o canapea, ci doar un pat si o canapea, nu exista living room asa cum apare in descriere, aparatul de cafea nu functiona; - sunt foarte multe fotografii cu mancare, mic dejun, dand impresia ca locatia dispune de un restaurant - de aici dezamagirea cand afli ca micul dejun este intr-un restaurant ... "partner"; - exista o fotografie cu domnul cu care am tinut legatura stand in spatele unui birou - dand impresia de receptie - dar nu exista asa ceva. - curtea exterioara este departe de un loc pe care l-as alege pentru o locatie in care sa ma cazez. Senzatia generala este ca ti se da senzatia de servicii/facilitati care, de fapt, nu exista in realitate. Pacat.

Apartamentul era frumos, spațios și curat.

Deși apartamentul a fost închiriat pentru trei persoane, numai o persoană ajungea să își facă duș, de aceea nu aș recomanda această locație, cel puțin nu până nu este rezolvată situația apei calde.
