Kleine aber saubere Zimmer.

In den Bädern gab es einige Mängel: Lose Duschstange; Kunststoffdeckel einer an der Wand montierten Kleenexbox war nur lose aufgelegt und fiel samt der innenliegenden Papierbox bei der leichtesten Berührung zu Boden; ein an der Wand montierter Seifenspender war lose. Die Sauberkeit in den Allgemeinräumen (Treppenraum, Frühstücksraum) ließ zu wünschen übrig. Es fanden sich relativ viele Spinnweben und Staubmäuse.
