Intown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Gwinnett Place

I could not sleep in the bed. It was so uncomfortable and I literally got sick after the first night of sleep.

The rooms are nothing like they show in the pictures. I have to cancel my reservation

I don't stay in that place

I like that the property is near to store. I like the housekeeping staff, the housekeeping lady she’s super friendly and she do her job properly by checking important things works in the room.

I didn’t like the property that it provides you with kitchen but no cooking equipment, secondly toiletries you need to pay extra.

Quite location,iffy people

Originally booked a room with 2 bed , only to be told by the property manager upon check in that room is not available at this property and was also charged the full 565.64 for that room.was told I couldn't cancel or change my reservation without paying for a full night's stay here 100+ dollars....so I took a premium Queen room for 565.64 for a week and there is absolutely nothing premium about it. Pretty standard room with a full bed not a queen.... Check your reservation and question everything with these people
