Absolutely disgusting, we arrived on the Saturday i had family issues i had to be in australia for, the room was full of dog hair, and it stunk. My partner spemt the whole afternoon cleaning it, i had to buy bed sheets pillows blankets and a sheet to put over the couch we felt so disgusting in there. On the Saturday i tried to call to see what could be done and no one got back to me. It was that smelly we couldn't eat in the apartment, after a few days of burning candles it was bearable. But if i knew it was going to be like this i would have definitely paid an extra 2k and tried the one in Hampton. I really am speechless about how i can get charged 4k plus for 3 weeks in that place. I will be filling out a few other reviews to warn people. Completely unfair. As for the gentleman that we met to get the keys off he was very kind, he was the only pleasant part of this experience.
