住宿出入方便

房間整潔非常糟，睡覺前發現床上出現蟑螂，與客服反應後給出原因是因為這禮拜有噴殺蟲藥，所以有蟑螂亂竄，但我不覺得這是理由，應該在房客入住前都要再次整潔一次；後續因為發生時間已經凌晨了，即使能換房也不方便，後續也再無任何補償措施。
