good location, cheap price

There is a big problem with the key. I couldn’t get the help right away. All the people wait for more than thirty minutes in cold late afternoon! The beds weren’t clean at all. I could smell the smoke smell when opening the door of the apartment.

Check-in was done at late night and we appreciated the owner to wait for us to arrive despite delaying our arrival timing. The house was very spacious and sufficient for us to let our kids run around abit. Owner was prompt in messages, although communication could be a little better face-to-face during check-in if he knows how to speak some English. Location was good, short drive to many places.

Came during winter and the heater is not warm enough for the living room. Showering area and washing machine area is also very cold. The house could also be more maintained as the baby cot we requested to use was a little damaged and some of the floorboard actually pop up, causing me to trip a few times. Not very soundproof as our kids are awoken by someone who is talking in the living room in the morning.

初めて利用しましたが、とても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 今回、予定が詰まっていて到着が２０時と遅くなったのですが、鍵の対応等、丁寧で良かったです。 また使用したい宿でした。 一点気になったところは、冷蔵庫の匂いくらいです。 凄く酷い匂いという訳ではないのですが。
