exceptional service from Abdul, a true and loyal person, that made sure at all times that we were comfortable. A bonus was the swimming pool that the site do not mention. The walk in shower huge. We did not get the unit we booked, Abdul gave us an even better unit. (unit 4) We got some snacks for the weekend, welcome gesture from Abdul.

Air-conditioning should be in proper working condition. Abdul offered a free standing fan for the lounge. The bedroom door should be functional. Pillows should be upgraded to better quality

1 of the toilets wasn’t working. We only had sugar but no tea or coffee. And internet just stopped working and we couldn’t watch tv.

I did not have breakfast. Bed was fairly comfortable and place was reasonably clean.

There was not a single item of toiletry in the bathroom. Not even tissue paper! Whilst there was a fridge and toaster, there was, surprisingly, no electric kettle to boil water. No tea/coffee etc. No satellite tv. The lady who received me was not too welcoming; no PR. I was dodging laundry hung out to dry on my way to my room. The room itself is actually great but for the above things!
