Looks neat inside, Abdul was friendly and helpful

Electricity wasn’t loaded so we thought we had load shedding so we had no electricity over night. We had no water most of the time as well as there was water issues. One of the toilets was broken and didn’t flush. For the price, it doesn’t come with good towels, any soap, no tea. So price was quite expensive for what you get.

It felt like home, away from home. It's not far from shops and restaurants. There's an adults play area, which we enjoyed a lot. Abdul was amazing as our caretaker. He ensured that we had everything we needed and that he's always available to assist.

There seems to be a water shortage around the area, but our caretaker made it a point that we had water. Oh, note that you may need to buy water for drinking.

No water available, firstly they blamed it on load shedding but even after the power came on there was still no water. Manager was aware of the problem and no effort even to provide some drinking water. Next morning some slight trickle of ice cold water, was not able to shower at all. It is understood they must buy water but did not do that so the client must be inconvenienced. Toilet basin did not even fill up properly during the course of the night. Rooms can not be rented out without proper facilities.
