For a country motel with a 3.5 star rating it offered a comfy room with a clean bathroom, all you need after a busy day. Bowling Club across the road offered good food and great atmosphere. Supermarket was a very short stroll away and had lots to offer.

Only bad thing was some noisey neighbours, but that can't be helped, it can happen anywhere.

Very little.

Do some maintenance! Almost impossible to close the door, impossible to get the key out of the lock (try some WD 40!) NO TOILET PAPER!!! Extremely old and rusty fridge that was described as new? Generally a run down property.
