Bigatt Hotel & Restaurant

Das Essen war ausgesprochen gut. Nicht ideal war dass die Küche am Dienstag Abend bei unserer Ankunft geschlossen war. Allerdings haben wir volles Verständnis, dass das Personal Pausen benötigt.

A janela é incrível ,vemos uma paisagem deslumbrante .Os atendentes solícitos ,o café da manhã havia até pão quentinho .O quarto amplo ,limpo ,o banheiro tbém .Nao fizemos reserva no restaurante para jantar ,mas nos acomodaram no bar .

Hotel molto grazioso, pulito e ben tenuto. Colazione con diverse proposte anche per vegani e gluten free. Personale gentile

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, con il personale (gentilissimo e cordiale) e nella ottima struttura. Decisamente consigliato Il tempo non è stato clemente in questa occasione, per cui ci piacerebbe tornare quando la stagione potrebbe consentire l’utilizzo anche delle dotazioni esterne.

Le cadre de l'hotel est magnifique, très reposant avec son jardin et la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et la vue sur Lugano est vraiment très belle. Un excellent séjour!

The Hotel is amazing, very comfortable, friendly staff, the room is quite big, clean, and well-equipped, the breakfast is superb, the location is something special, and the view from the terrace is breathtaking.

Lugano is THE place to visit. The Hotel is great and we had a wonderfull time overthere, Grotto Morchino is next door's hotel fine local food experiment. We loved it.
