The hotel is above 2 metro lines and also is next to Wuxi Rail station. So this is convenient and it is near to some places of interest. The staff is friendly. The hotel room is big and they help to process early check in.

Gym and pool are unfortunately closed for renovation. There is a temporary gym. So basically, no t much facilities (as a hotel). They charged extra and would refund later. Still waiting for refund.
