Freundliches Personal, Saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They allowed us to check in early and to use the pool and store the baggage before the check in while the room was beign cleaned.

The “jaccuzi” was not a jaccuzi as it wasn t heated. Also the pool was very cold but our trip was in mid september so it s understandable. One more thing that I didn t like was that the shower head was a little bit rusty.

El hotel esta cerca de la playa y de buenos lugares para comer. Las instalaciones muy limpias y bonitas, con mucha vegetación y dos piscinas. El desayuno muy completo y muy bueno, merece mucho la pena. El trato del personal genial. Volvería sin dudas

La réception a très bien réagit lorsque nous lui avons fait part d'une bruit infernal lorsqu'on tire la chasse d'eau des WC. Elle nous a proposé une autre chambre (suite) pour la seule nuit que nous passions sur place. Sinon la chambre que nous avions réservée est conforme au descriptif, mais je n'y aurais pas séjourné une semaine. C'est le stricte minimum. Le déjeuner était bien.

La chambre n'était pas prête, mais on nous a proposé une autre, heureusement.

Absolutely everything. The staff first and foremost, they are very accomodating, kind and helpful. Nothing is too much for them. From Albert who picked us up from the airport, to the receptionist Dina and Athena, Iana the staff from the restaurant, and the cleaning lady. They became almost like family in the 6 days we were there. My daughter was very fond of them, and it showed how genuine they are. The hotel is clean, everything is spotless, the room, bathrooms, swimming area and the restaurant. Restaurant served fresh ingredients and a selection of healthy breakfast, we had lunch a few times at the restaurant and it was always a lovely meal, my daughter was obssessed with their bolognese. The Hotel has a homey feel as well, where they have spaces to chill with a nice view of the mountain, and greeneries, it didn’t feel stiff like other hotels that are mostly concrete. It almost feel like relaxing in your own home for a week or so. It is also very close to the beach, and close to Fira, and not far from Oia. I could go on an on, but overall had a splendid time in Santorini because of Hermes. Very pleased I chose this hotel.

Nothing, hotel is spotless and faultless. At least to us, will definitely come back.

Hotel muito simpático, com excelente espaço exterior e 5 min a andar da praia de kamari e da zona junto á praia com lojas, restaurantes, bares. O Hotel fica perto do autocarro para fácil acesso a transportes para Fira e Oia. Bom pequeno almoço e serviço de bar na piscina. Espaço exterior agradável.

Hotel is very convenient from the airport, rooms are spacious and bed very comfortable, swimming pool clean and everything is just perfect. Breakfast has lots to choose and fantastic Greek yoghurt with nuts and honey.

Relativement bien situé (environ 200m de la plage), bon petit déjeuner. Un peu déçu d'être dans une chambre en demi sous-sol...
