No poder modificar la temperatura del agua de las duchas. Sale extremadamente caliente, sin posibilidad de ponerla más fría. Mucho ruido del suelo y del resto de habitaciones. Además, algunos huéspedes hacen demasiado ruido a altas horas de la noche, dificultando el descanso. Por lo demás, un sitio cómodo por su localización dentro del campus, el trato de los trabajadores y el cuidado de las habitaciones.

Proximity. Staff very helpful

Needs a complete renovation. Paint peeling, carpets stained and old, showers down the hall old and takes about 10 minutes to heat up water. Water only runs one minute then you have to press a button for another minute of water. No face tissue in room no drinking water available anywhere

Staff was very helpful. The cafeteria menu was varied. The facility was safe and clean

The carpet in the room needs to be replaced as the window shade. The room needs a major facelift/paint, et al. The doors slam terribly, so at night, you are awakened with a jolt when someone closes the door. The bathrooms down the hall are antiquated. No facial tissues supplied. The room lighting is just awful.

Free parking. WiFi. Room is as described.

Spartan accommodation. Whopping noise from extractors ftom buildings across the way. Very noisy all night.

No refund of 20% for accommodation booking even though it was confirmed beforehand by email that this would be forthcoming, without any issues.
