- size of the room - cleanliness of the room - restaurant on site - personnel s professionalism

- fridge in room warmed up instead of cooling things - While having breakfast in the restaurant, another guest dropped a piece of fruit in the middle of the floor in clear view. It took 10 minutes for one of the waiters to decide to pick it up - toilet space is too small
