シャンプー類以外は、全て自分で持って行かなければいけない。スパへ行くための袋やカゴがあれば、良いなと。またペラペラでも良いので、スリッパは新品の使い捨てがありがたい。 それ以外は、満足しています。

"交通方便，少人訂房，浸spa 可包場！"

住宿環境好，在南海電鐵和歌山站側，非常之方便，spa 良好，但不是溫泉，完全沒有介紹是甚麼溫泉，但係火車站既觀光招牌卻寫著係溫泉酒店，難解！ 酒店清潔很好，但係要朝早9點就要出外，俾工作人員做清潔。但係早餐時間卻是6-10自選一個鐘。沒有掛牌需要清潔，但是又不會留低毛巾牙刷喺門口，需要到大堂領取，十分之不便。 樓下亦係巴士站，可以用IC card搭車，十分之方便！

對坐南海電車到和歌山市的旅客很方便，旅館就在車站隔壁；住宿安全與安靜，不會受到電車聲音的影響。 設置在屋頂的室內/外風呂，在白天可觀賞美麗的風景。 早餐菜色中上，環境優美與乾淨；用餐時間限制一小時，入住時在櫃檯選定時段。 寄放行李的服務良好。

와카야마 역과 같은 건물에 있어 이동이 편하고 와카야마 성까지 도보로 왕복하기에도 문제 없음. 기차 탑승하여 오사카 시내까지 움직이는것도 시간이 많이 걸리지 않아 조용히 쉬면서 오사카를 즐려볼수 있음.

朝の大浴場の清掃度は残念だが施設は良いです。基本的にマナーがない中国人客とは共有したくないです。ドライヤー、化粧品を元の場所に置く、洗面台に落ちた髪の毛を掃除する、簡単なこともしない。不思議な国民です。
