It is convenient for the Malvern Bridge Congress. The room is value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is of high quality.

The staff were excellent and when I pointed out an issue with my room they did their best to resolve it

It was a shame that when housekeeping went in to prepare the room for the next guest they didn't check all the facilities.

The breakfast was just what we needed

The main course was adequate but could have been a bit better

What a find! This lovely pub not only served delicious food in the restaurant , part of the premises was used as a daytime cafe called The Twisted Spoon which served so many different teas and coffees and cakes that you are spoilt for choice. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable with views over the countryside. Ample car parking beside the premises.

Staff were all brilliant. Warm welcome, efficient and service was first-class. The room was bright, airy and clean, and everything worked well. Easy to park. The evening meal was very good, with a varied standard menu and enterprising specials on the board. Sensible wine list.

The bed was perfectly OK for just one night, but perhaps no longer! Breakfast is bookable through another service at the hotel; it was OK but not as good as everything else. Someone nuked the bacon.
