Apartments Emi

Wspaniała lokalizacja, do plaży 3 minuty do Starego Miasta ok 15 minut. Gospodarze bardzo uprzejmi i pomocni. Super kontakt od momentu rezerwacji do przyjazdu na miejsce. Na miejscu klimatyzacja, do wyłącznej dyspozycji stół z krzesłami w ogrodzie. Dodatkowo mata i parasol na plażę. Z chęcią wrócę w to miejsce .

Nice apartment in good location outside the busy town. The balcony is excellent with nice views and comfortable furniture. The apartment owners were friendly and helpful. Town is in easy reach either walking or on the bus which stops outside. I would stay again if I return to Split

Nothing

This would have been absolutely perfect for us but unfortunately my wife had broken her leg so scaling 21 steps to reach the front door & a further 19 to reach the upstairs apartment was a challenge - no one’s fault & it never entered our head to ask. That said, the apartment would have been spot on for our needs. Access to the beach is literally across the road. The number 12 bus stops virtually opposite roughly every hour & takes you into town for €2 …. It even has a disabled ramp. One other thing that needs pointing out is the downstairs apartment is a basement. Don’t be put off though - for a good nights sleep in the height of summer, this is the one to go for as it will be naturally cooler. Finally, we have to say a huge thank you to the owners Nikola & Milena. They were wonderful, there was fruit, yoghurt & milk etc provided when we arrived & they helped us as much as possible under the circumstances - I thoroughly enjoyed sharing a bottle of wine & chatting with Nikola & look forward to doing the same next time. The main thing is, would we recommend it & will we stay there again - the answer is a firm yes to both - we are hoping to return later this year, once my wife’s leg has healed.

The good thing of the apartment is the main condiments for cooking is available. Dish washing soap is also available. They even provided fruits, milk and yogurt. The cleanliness is perfect. Towels, tissues, kitchen utensils are available.

On the property photos it showed washing machine is available but on actual it was not on the apartment. Host mix pictures from different parts of the apartment. The apartment was not actually separate with other rooms as it's main door is same with the other apartment/rooms although you have own kitchen at bathroom. The owner is living in the first floor and when you have some queries through text message, it takes sometime to get a response. They have rules on the apartment especially the AC should always turn off every time you leave the apartment and no loud noise as it can be heard on the other side of the room. Wifi is password was not working, we are not able to connect to their internet. Just expect for stairs to go up to the apartment. Expect also that no shampoo and soap provided.

The hosts were friendly and truly went above and beyond, leaving us beer, a bottle of wine, a charcuterie board, and offering a later check-out. The property is immaculately clean and is a very short walk from the beach. The centre of Split is about a 25 minute walk away, so not far, and there is a bus stop right outside the property too so we felt well connected. We had a wonderful time staying here!

The only thing that comes to mind as a downside is that while the AC in the living room is excellent, there is no AC in the bedroom itself, so the nights were very warm. However there is a good fan to help with that!
