Le descriptif de la maison mentionne une villa entière, mais c'est une maison jumelée où les terrasses sont séparées par une haie végétalisée. La piscine partagée.

This villa was such a lovely place to stay…very clean, spacious, and those lake views were just incredible. We arrived quite late on a Sunday and were so grateful for the welcome pack with wine and pasta. Everything was closed, so it honestly saved us such a thoughtful touch! The villa had loads of space, perfect for our big family. There were plenty of places to eat inside, but our favourite spot by far was out on the terrace, looking out over the lake. Just stunning. It had everything we needed and more. I’d 100% recommend this villa to anyone heading to Lake Como. Thank you again for a really special stay

The villa is only about 5 minutes drive to places but walking can be hard work. it’s okay getting down to places but the hill is very steep coming back your could be a problem with young kids or if you have older people in your group. There is not many taxis in tremezzo but if your hiring a car it will be fine! Also if you’re coming from the airport stop at a supermarket before you head to the villa to stock up as we did struggle to find places locally but this is no fault of the villa just a tip for anyone coming.

It’s all about the views. The seating and dinning area at the front.

Not all rooms had air conditioning. Swimming pool cleanliness. Some sunbeds broken. toaster and fridge seal broken . The garage and washing machine machine were unkept with flooding near electrics. Very basic fixtures and fittings.
