Guesthouse Kyoto-Yamashina

靠近电车站山科站，车站附近便利店和餐饮店很多，房间非常大，估计一家六口也不会觉得拥挤，二楼有两间卧室，床垫很厚很松软，夏天准备的是空调被不会特别热，一楼有客厅，有电视可以看深夜动画，书架上还有海贼王和巨人的漫画，设备齐全

浴缸放出来的水温对于泡澡来说稍微低了一点，房间采光一般

駅から近い 広くて快適

若干わかりづらい 周辺に飲食店が多いため、夜間の音が気になる

Clean and comfortable. Good for family with kids since there are toys, game and big tivi which they will like very much

The stairs are sloppy. Keep an eye out if you have kids. If you have old parents to accompany it wouldn’t be suitable I think

The Japanese house setting with neat and clean rooms. Also the additional manga, books and board games were entertaining too! Everything was well arranged with proper and clear instructions about their operation. The rooms were very spacious too. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and even guided us to the guest house by a phone call.

The locality could've been better, but it was fine.

I loved how the apartment was a typical Japanese apartment. We had a wonderful experience being able to experience that for ourselves. The apartment was extremely close to a train station so that made it really convenient. It was nice and peaceful. The rooms were very spacious. The living room was exceptional complete with a huge TV. I would definitely want to repeat here should I find myself in Kyoto again in the future.

I didn´t like the Wifi. It was placed on top of a ceiling in the bathroom. I had to ask for that as the internet stopped a couple of times. It would be great to have better internet (speed). This is very important for travelers nowadays. Other than the Wifi, everything else was perfect.

The aesthetic of traditional Japanese apartments.

The weather was cold, so it was quite cold inside.

One piece collection, nintendo, tatamis, japanesee toilet, sumo on TV - everything was screaming "Japan". Very close to yamashina station (trip to Kyoto central included in JR Pass took like 5 min)

There was no libra so we couldn't weight our luggages. Plenty mosquitoes.
