Wir wohnten im Nationalpark, etwas abgelegen vom Trubel, dafür aber sehr idyllisch. Wanderungen konnte man direkt vom Hotel starten. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und völlig in Ordnung. Sehr nettes Personal, welches Wünsche erfüllte und bei Fragen zur Seite stand.

Die Lage ist wunderbar direkt am Rand vom Naturschutzgebiet Bayerischer Wald. Viele Wege können fußläufig gestartet werden. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft sehr sauber preiswert und auch das Abendessen im Restaurant ist preiswert. Die Portionen sind großzügig.

Ich fand die Gerichte im Restaurant nicht so übermäßig lecker. Die Käsespätzle waren sehr fett und lagen schwer im Magen. Angesichts der günstigen Preise kann man damit aber wohl leben.
