friendly staff. cozy atmosphere. very helpful in answeing questions and with transportation issues and getting our luggage to our rooms

the heating was not working well. it took them two days to fix it but the system is old and inadequate. no drawers to put clothes, but this last issue is the same in all the hotels we stayed in Japan
