SureStay Hotel by Best Western Jasper

Cleanliness, helpful staff.

Furnishings were very nice, but not über posh [9 vs. 10] Shower had two identical shampoo bottles; one shampoo and one body wash would be nice.

Owner - The facility was called as soon as we were told that Booking.com had booked us in the wrong state - Jasper, AL instead of Jasper, AR. I verified this 3 times. Owner would not relent, even though he could have rented the room for both nights to someone else. We paid for a room we weren't within 700 miles of.

Cleanliness and staff

At the end of hotel looked liked people were permanently living at hotel. Had old chairs outside their room doors and they were loud too! Was lucky enough to be opposite end of the hotel.

It was wonderfully clean. Honestly better than expected and even better than some more expensive hotels. Breakfast was actually satisfying with enough options for everyone. Great waffles and really good coffee!! Would return in a heartbeat :))
