Atlantica Grand Mediterraneo Resort - Adults Only

The place is wonderful, the food is exceptional and so is the staff. The way the hotel functions even the small golf carts that pick you up and down are very convenient and always quick when requested. Everything was incredible rooms were spacious, the view is beautiful 100/100 will be coming again for sure

Das Hotel war viel größer als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Ich persönlich finde, dass solche Hotels den Charme der Insel kaputt machen und man besser hätte die kleineren, lokalen Hotels und Restaurants zu unterstützen.

Sehr netter Service, tolle Lage

Breakfast range good except there were very few gluten free options. Vertigo Restaurant setting ,and dishes were excellent. The waitress was first rate (and did understand Gluten Free) The breakfast chef understood gluten free and offered options which no one else knew about. Looking to the sea and hillside.

All guests using the same spoons on the buffet is not hygienic! Really did not like this. Staff in the coffee bar did not know/understand what Gluten free meant. There were no gluten free options there. Looking onto a disused hotel was sad. The bedroom floors seemed sticky. The bathroom towels were a dirty white colour so looked dirty even when fresh.

The staff were all very lovely apart from one lady in the spa who was very rude.

There were a few things that let it down: - The tram down to the beach was broken - The food at the Pearl restaurant was awful (cold) - Both swimming pools were cold and the steam room and sauna facilities weren’t working - The alcohol at the bar was really weak / not worth paying for - Ants in the room - The beds weren’t comfortable

The view

Property is not ready for the season. Funicular doesn’t work (have been told it is on maintenance, today-tomorrow should be working), that was May 1st. I hope it will be back in operation this year. Looks like it wasn’t touched for quite some time. Rails are rusted. I challenge property to write me when they fix it. They offer golf-cart to deliver you to the beach, as alternative. Restroom by the pool is unusable, smells very bad. Too much stuff, very visible. Felt like being watched all the time, weirdly uncomfortable.
