Nový moderni hotel na útesu. Nádherné výhledy na zátoku.

Trošku drhne dostupnost mezi hotelem pokoji a pláží. Poměrně složitý lift hotel -pláž, špatně dosupné pěšky. Ručníky jsou pouze nahoře vedle recepce, nedomyšleno.

The facility isn’t clean and this is far away from being 5 star level. We got a different room, and just after a long discussion at 8 PM we finally got the right one. Also we asked for compensation, that required us to argue with the staff and only after several time they give us lunch and a late check-out. Shame.

Gorgeous hotel (adult orientated) and views generally. Nice pool area. Perched on a hilltop above Ermones beach with direct access to the beach via a (slow) furnicular. Great breakfast buffet with enough options for most diets. Free and plentiful parking. A few nice restaurants outside the hotel in the area. We had exceptionally good service from Odisseas who was a server/manager at the Hotel cafe/restaurant by the beach (not to be confused with the overpriced Taverna which is a bit further down the beach). Not very far from Corfu town or the airport (30 minutes) and central enough to other parts of the island (1 hour to Halikounas beach in the south and 1.5 hours to Old Perithia in the north). There's a boat rental place (not part of the hotel) at the beach below the hotel which is handy. The beach itself is decent for a first swim, and the sunbeds are free for the hotel, but take sandals or swim shoes if you want to swim as it is stoney. The gym is okay, it has some free weights, treadmills, boxing bag and mats. Great place for couples on honeymoon.

Not really 5 star quality, closer to a 4 star hotel - no turn down service and it lacks the finesse of a 5 star hotel. For example, the lifts to the rooms are creaky, worn out and have open flaps, there's no indication in the room on how to call reception (they promote the use of an app which is terrible to use and doesn't actually work). The app on the television to request things like extra pillows doesn't do anything. The furnicular is glacial in pace and doesn't always stop where you need it to. It also screeches when stopping, which is annoying if your room is next to the furnicular and you are sitting quietly on the balcony. The gym could do with better equipment.

Die Lage ist schön mit tollem Ausblick und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und ist von der Ausstattung und Essen her eher 4-Stern-Standard anstatt 5-Stern. Auch hatte es sehr viele Wespen.
